SCOPE & CONTRIBUTION

• Managed Vercel environment setup including environment variables for multiple environments, deployment previews, and Contentful → Vercel webhook automation.
• Troubleshot and integrated the Medtech API for patient enrolment forms, resolving validation issues, async submission errors, and form-step reliability problems.
• Fixed broken GTM/GA tracking across the site by rebuilding tagging, event triggers, and dataLayer pushes to ensure accurate analytics for client reporting.
• Rewrote the search system by removing dependency on the older crawler and implementing a direct Algolia → Contentful integration, improving search accuracy and speed.
• Re-indexed all search cards in Algolia automatically using Contentful webhooks, resolving long-standing indexing inconsistencies and delivering a reliable, real-time search pipeline.
• Contributed to the wider design + engineering team that won Silver at the Best Awards (Best Value Design) for excellence in digital service design.
